My passion for fitness all started in the fall of 2012. For the first time my home church engaged in a local community basketball league. With practice several times a week, conditioning at home and the beginning of a healthy diet, I had lost 50 pounds, gained lean muscle and my endurance and stamina improved drastically through the cardiovascular exercise. When the season had come to a close, my desire to stay physically fit and in shape continued. From that point on, I fell in love with fitness and began to train 4 times a week being involved in every aspect. I have a passion and strong desire to share what I have learned and will continue to learn and to see everyone become the best physical version of themselves, through exercise and a healthy diet.
